Painless as buying a car could be. Richie was great. Helpful, not pushy. We pretty much told him what we wanted, and he made it happen. He took the time to make sure we understood all the options, but wasn't pushy at all. We were in and out fairly quickly, but we never felt rushed. We love the car, and we walked away feeling like we got a good deal. More often than not, buying a car feels like buying a time share. Sales tactics, manipulation, pressure. It shouldn't be that way. Buying a car should be exciting. Richie didn't take away from the excitement at all. He made sure all our questions were answered, helped us with the necessary paperwork, and got us back on the road in our new vehicle. I definitely hope to work with Ritchie the next time I buy a car.
